Book Recommendation - Every Falling Star
I would recommend the book Every Falling Star to others. It is a true story about a boy who goes through very difficult experiences, experiences no child should have to go through. Everything of his life before gone, his parents, his house, his city, his dog, his food, and most importantly, his beliefs. After years of creating a new life for himself, a new family made of street kids, the main character Sungji's life is starting to fall apart little by little. All because of the government he grew up worshipping. But instead of giving of hope, which is easiest at the time, he goes on, and because of that he find something that he had been searching for ever since he and his family was kicked out of the capital city. My favorite moment is when someone finds him, and he never stopped believing he was being searched for. His family came for him. Another favorite part of the book was when he uses all the things he has gone through to help others who were in his same situation. He does what ever he can to help people, and is working for the greater good of his country. This book is interesting, and fun to read. You can really feel all of the emotion in the book. It is sad and the story just makes you want to read it more to know what happens in the end. It is a continues journey with ups and downs, and ends in a way you wouldn't think it would. I would recommend this book to others.
